How to Play 1941 Frozen Front

Use the mouse left click on the isometric hexagonal map. Select a unit or structure, then click action icons. Click the map to move, and click enemies to attack. Movement is limited by action points, and objectives include capturing an area or defeating enemy forces.

A mission must be retried if you fail its objective or if your forces are wiped out.

Tanks, planes, infantry, trucks, and turrets are available. Combat involves spending action points to move and attacking targets in range. Units return fire automatically once per turn. Tanks, planes, and infantry are used for attack and capture, while trucks and turrets serve in defense.

Units have health, ammo for all units, and fuel for vehicles. Gold is earned by defeating enemies, and resources can be restored by resupplying at a gold cost.

Depots are available or capturable on some maps. While controlled, they must be defended, provide efficient resupply, and can call reinforcements.

Tips

Defend structures and supply depots as a priority. Sending all forces forward invites ambush. Use teams for defense, attack, and scouting, with planes and infantry leading and tanks and trucks in the rear.
